Volunteer With Pride

Simply put, an event on the scale of San Francisco Pride could not take place without the generous support of the hundreds of volunteers who staff our information booths, keep the Parade route safe, register voters, and perform all the tasks that make the event a success. We generally hope that all of our members contribute to its success in some way, either fiscally or through their direct efforts. Volunteering is a great way to do just that. Members are the core of our organization and we rely on you to help us recruit volunteers to participate in the event and help make every aspect of it a bigger success.

  1. Being able to volunteer for the san francisco pride would mean more than a lot to me. I have always wanted to give back to my fellow LGBT community in some type of way. Last year I went to sf pride for the first time and was amazed by all of the events, this year I hope to be able to lend a helping hand to help re create the moment. Please contact me as soon as possible. More then ready and willing to give my time to such an amazing event. I would be proud to say that I played a part in helping to put 2014 pride into action.

  2. I would like to be a volunteer for this big event. As a lesbian come from an conservative country, it is really a pleasure if I can participate in such activities. Moreover, I want to be part of this promoting event because I want to let more people understand and support LGBT.

  3. I was wondering how one might go about setting up a booth or small stand. I’m involved with TRIP (Transgender Research on Incidence and Prevalence) and we would really like to get involved with the celebration and spread awareness!

  4. Could I volunteer in lieu of member fees?
Or volunteer and pay a smaller, discounted amount?
